8th Annual Forum
Registration will be available from mid-april to end of may (subject to change).
The conference will be held at the conference centre of the Federal Foreign Office (Auswärtiges Amt) in Berlin.

The venue is only accessible to accredited persons holding a valid badge and a valid photo ID.
Badges will be provided to each participant at the registration desk.
There will be a registration and reception desk providing participants with assistance.
Participants are kindly requested to make their accommodation arrangements themselves.
You may find one of the following hotels within walking distance from the conference venue:

Train to Friedrichstraße and bus 147 Werderscher Markt or

Tickets can be bought at stations or on busses. For travels within the city centre, we recommend a day ticket (Tageskarte - Zone AB) or a “4-Fahrten-Karte” (4 single journeys), Zone “AB”.
From SFX you need a ticket with Zone "ABC".

Local taxis can be found (day and night time) at both airports at standard rates (taximeter rates). You may find one of the following taxi companies. Booking in advance is not necessary.

We do not recommend travelling to the Annual Forum by car as there are only a very limited number of parking places in the vicinity of the conference venue. There are no parking places free of charge.
