A new foresight report published by the Swedish Agency for Economic and Regional Growth (Tillväxtverket) lays the ground for discussions in the seventh EUSBSR Strategy Forum taking place in Stockholm 8-9 November.

The report gives an input to the discussions about what the future might bring – and the added value that could be achieved through Baltic Sea Region cooperation. The EU Strategy for the Baltic Sea Region provides with a framework and important objectives, but constant development is needed to achieve the objectives in a rapidly changing context.

The authors of the report and other commentators are discussing the report in a parallel seminar "Looking towards 2030 - from foresight to vision" on Tuesday 8 November at 15:00-16:20. The report will however contribute to many discussions during the Forum.
