The Lithuanian Presidency of the National Coordinators Group (NCG) of the EU Strategy for the Baltic Sea Region (EUSBSR) and the Interreg Baltic Sea Region Managing Authority/Joint Secretariat would like to invite you to the Information session for the potential applicants of the Baltic Sea Strategy Point (BSP).

The Lithuanian Presidency, in cooperation with the Interreg Baltic Sea Region Programme, would like to share the expectations of the NCG for the BSP, to answer your initial questions and to inform about the forthcoming application and selection process and timeline.

The meeting will be held online on 31 January 10:00-11:30 CET.

We kindly ask those of you who would like to participate in the Information session, to register by filling in this form by 27 January COB. The link to the meeting will be sent to the registered participants on 28 January.

The Action Plan of the EUSBSR, adopted as the Commission Staff Working Document on 15 February 2021, provides for the establishment of a function, called the Baltic Sea Strategy Point, providing administrative and technical support for EUSBSR management, development and communication. The Interreg Baltic Sea Region Programme will provide funding to the Baltic Sea Strategy Point under Programme objective 4.2 Macro-regional governance. The Programme is subject to the approval by the European Commission (expected mid-2022).
