EUSBSR stakeholders are invited to join the second CBSS Baltic Sea Science Day which will be taking place on 25 January 2018 on the occasion of the 5th Baltic University Programme Rectors' Conference and the centenary of Åbo Akademi University.

The second Baltic Sea Science Day will offer insights in the latest developments of macro-regionally embedded projects, which have received the Baltic Sea Parliamentary Conference´s endorsement. The two cornerstones of the CBSS Science, Research and Innovation Agenda – Baltic Science Network and Baltic TRAM – partners will share insights not only regarding the implementation of these two projects but also regarding the researchers´ mobility and science-business cooperation dynamics across the Baltic Sea Region.

Prior to the conference, the attendants are invited to familiarise with the Baltic Science Network findings available here, as well as Baltic TRAM publications: 

• BSR Policy Briefing 4/2017 “National innovation and smart specialisation governance in the Baltic Sea region: Laying grounds for an enhanced macro-regional science-business cooperation”;
• "Multi-Level Governance of Innovation and Smart Specialisation";
• Swedish Innovation and Smart Specialisation Governance in the Baltic Sea Region´s Context: Towards an Enhanced Macro-Regional Science-Business Cooperation.
